Considering validity and stability of Psychological capital questionnaire of Luthans and et al in teachers

Abstract

The purpose of this research was considering of validity and stability of questionnaire of Psychological capital. Method: Statistical community was Tehran sixth grade teachers. Sample size was 400 selected by Equal assignment hierarchical sampling. The tool of this research was Psychological capital questionnaire of Luthans and et al. Analysis method was t- test, Confirmatory factor analysis, and Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Results: Content validity coefficients is in the optimal level. In the considering Content validity, CVI indicator for the whole scale was 0/84. CVR indicator was one. In considering of internal similarity, Correlation of phrases for the whole scale is changing in 0/30 to 0/62 that indicates Ability to recognize appropriate phrases. Stability of this tool was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficients in 0/80 coefficient. In considering of Confirmatory factor analysis, Initial model fit indices were in optimal level:
(87/3=df/2، 95/0=GFI، 96/0=AGFI، 94/0=NFI، 94/0=CFI، 05/0=RMSEA).
Moreover, all operating loads in smaller than 0/01, were meaningful. For the obtained the value of t in every question, it can be said that every questions, have an important and meaningful role in measuring structure of family- work conflict. Conclusion: According to finding of this research, this questionnaire is the suitable tool for evaluating Psychological capital, in teachers.
