Abstract

Background and Aim: The The researchers found that continuous training and support from managers to their employees is important. If employees understand that the organization provides them with benefits, they will subsequently react and remain committed to their organization, which can increase job satisfaction and reduce employee stress. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of employees' perceived training on job satisfaction with the mediating role of workplace stress. The statistical population is the health and treatment network employees of Mehriz city, which includes 135 people. With simple random sampling and Cochran's formula, 100 people were selected as a sample.
Methods: The Quantitative data collection was done through standard questionnaires. In order to examine the fit of the theoretical model of the research, the method of multivariate analysis of the structural equation model was used.
Results: The The results showed that employees' perceived training has a significant effect on job satisfaction and workplace stress. The results indicate a significant effect of workplace stress on job satisfaction among employees. Finally, the main hypothesis of the research that the perceived training of employees has a significant effect on job satisfaction with the mediating role of workplace stress was confirmed.
conclusion: The According to the results of the research, managers are suggested to design their training programs according to the changes made in the global systems in providing services or supply to customers and clients, so that the employees have sufficient and necessary information in their work position and Improve job satisfaction in their performance.
