The effect of organizational justice on the organizational effectiveness of physical education teachers in Ardabil province

Abstract
Organizational effectiveness means achieving the goals of the organization and causes the flourishing and value creation of the human capital of the organization. Evaluates work rationally and fairly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational justice on the organizational effectiveness of physical education teachers in Ardabil province. The sampling was done in a multi-stage method and randomly. To determine the sample size, Cochran's formula was used to from 203 people. To measure organizational justice, Calcite tool (2001) was used to measure organizational effectiveness of Tiseng (2010). Regression test was used using SPSS software version 26 to analyze the data. The results showed that according to physical education teachers, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational effectiveness (P = 0.001 and β = 0.627). That is, if a unit of change is created in the job satisfaction variable, as much as 0.627 units are created in the effectiveness variable in a positive direction. It seems that in order to increase the organizational effectiveness of teachers, the factors affecting their procedural justice and distributive justice should be promoted.
