The data collection tools were the researcher-made organizational growth questionnaire and the Scherrer General Self-Efficacy Standard Questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation tests, multiple regression, and Friedman analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational growth and employee self-efficacy. Also, variables such as manager support, learning culture, job feedback, and continuous training were identified as the most important factors affecting the promotion of organizational growth and increasing employee self-efficacy. Based on the findings, attention to empowerment, creating an atmosphere of trust, and employee participation in decision-making are considered to be the main requirements for the development of organizational growth in universities.
